Please watch and fight any photo radar ticket.
Note: I have never gotten a photo radar ticket. I just know the difference between right and the peoples eroding rights.. Um, I mean a money grubbing government, er..., I mean wrong(in this case what is the difference?).
One More thing...
I have been doing quite a bit of research and I am actually finding nothing conclusive on how speeding is related to accidents. I am finding that most accidents are caused by Drunkards(who actually don't speed but swerve all over the damn place). I should know, I was in one of those accidents 3 years ago. If a photo radar had been set up at the place of the accident or even anywhere in the line of this asses path it would never have snapped off a shot. Many vehicles were injured and luckily no one got killed. If anyone ever states that speed kills, tell him/her to prove it. Speed doesn't kill, it just improves those odds.
Check the sites,

Yes, excessive speed kills... There is no doubt about that. I have driven 85-95mi p/hr down I-5 in Cali and actually I would not count that unsafe(posted limit 75). In fact I was being passed a lot!
100, 120, 140 These are wholly dangerous speeds. You can't trust your vehicle or the vehicles around you. Even if you are alone in the middle of the night you would never see debris on the road until the last second. I don't like going over 85 out here in phoenix and I don't. Usually 85 would be in light traffic. The roads and the cars of today can handle a 10-15 mi per/hour higher speed easily...
"Contrary to popular belief, speed in itself is not a major cause of accidents. In fact, there is a consensus of professional opinions that many speed-related accidents result from both excessively low and high speeds."

http://www.azdot.gov/highways/traffic/Speed.aspI think the worst part of all of this is the reversal of our basic rights and not really what I have just stated. If you get a photo radar ticket served to you, you need to fight it. It will cost the state money and it will be recorded and show that people will not stand for this.
You are innocent until proven guilty. Under this photo scamming, you are guilty until you can prove your innocence.
The End.
